DESCRIPTION

The MSc in Safety Engineering for Transport, Logistics, and Production provides a high level of advanced training, to enable graduated students to operate in the areas related to safety in transport systems, logistics, and manufacturing.

The MSc course aims at training professional engineers with a thorough knowledge and understanding of the principles of systems engineering of safety applied to

  • transportation systems
  • logistics
  • industrial production
so as to realize the acquired ability to conceive, plan, design and manage complex, innovative systems and processes, with particular attention to the related safety aspects.

The typical professional fields for graduates in Safety Engineering for Transport, Logistics, and Production are those of the design and management of safety systems, with particular reference to transport, logistics, and production systems.The course provides a suitable background for operating in private and public enterprises, and public administrations.
